This National Provider Call provides an overview of the FY 2015 Hospital Value-Based Purchasing Program design and a preview of the FY 2015 Baseline Measures Report in order to help demonstrate how hospitals will be evaluated for each of the FY 2015 domains (measures/dimensions).

The presentation for this call will be posted at least one day in advance of the call on the FFS National Provider Calls web page. In addition, the link to the slide presentation will be emailed to all registrants on the day of the call.
